Why Does The School Not Have A Bell?

Dear Bambardillo Crocodillo,

The school doesn’t have a real need for the bell, because there are clocks in every room so the teachers know when you need to leave. Also, I’m not sure that this building came with bells when we moved into it, so it would cost some money to install them for basically no reason. I’m not even sure why any school has a bell.
