Black History Celebration

NSSF Student Artwork

The Black History Month celebration was a tremendous experience with pizzazz, succulent food, and harmonious African music. Everyone had an amazing evening; content with the entertainment and coming together for a memorable New School tradition.

I personally enjoyed the inclusivity New School has implemented within their celebration, drawing people together for a heartfelt moment.

A quote from Ms Belkora about the event is, “There was a lot that was memorable - the thrill of watching Mr Omar and Mr Antwan and their student performers, also it was fun to watch everyone enjoy the delicious food families provided.”

I hope our Black History Month celebration next year is as immersing and inspiring as the one of last month.
