New School Magic in Motion 5K Spring 2026

I apologize in advance for not finishing this article on time, and I have been delayed in completing it. The New School Magic in Motion 5k was held on April 18th in Mission Rock. On this day, it was particularly sunny. There were snacks on the side, and runners agreed the experience was fun and worthwhile. This 5K was a fundraiser for the New School athletic program. The 5K had 5 runner categories: male youth runners, female youth runners, male youth walkers, female youth walkers, and adult runners.

The race spanned from Crane Cove to just past Oracle Park and had a water station halfway around Oracle Park. There were three winners in each category, and each was awarded a “gold”, “silver, and “bronze” medal according to their placement.
